They got ready at a Mozingo Lake cabin had their first look on the dock overlooking the lake. Then we ventured to the cutest little venue in Northwest Missouri, called Denric Hall, for their wedding and reception. It was such a beautiful place and seemingly perfect for Lane & Kaitlyn's wedding.

Their venue was the cute, little rustic wedding barn at Barnes Acres. Surrounded by their loved ones, and their son Wyatt, they said their "I Dos." With only one person missing, Ashley's dad who recently passed away, was very much present throughout the day. During the father-daughter dance, a line of the men in Ashley's life stepped in to dance with her. During the mother-son dance, I learned that a boy will always need his mama and he's never too old to have her wipe his tears. It was truly a beautiful and heartstring-tugging day. I'm grateful to have been a part of it.

Jay and Cheyenne were married on April 9th in Blue Springs, Missouri, at a sweet little brewery called The Mill Room. They got ready at a nearby AirBnb, something that I have never seen a couple do before. It was super spacious, beautiful and relaxing, compared to other locations (i.e. the church nursery). We were also able to sneak away onto the streets of downtown Blue Springs for some sweet shots of the couple. Jay is a friend from my husband's childhood and it made me so glad to see him so happy and in love with his new (GORGEOUS) bride! Here are some of my favorite images of the day:

Hermann is a old German town overlooking the Missouri River in the heart of the state. Their rehearsal dinner was delicious and full of laughter. They chose to say "I do" outside on the deck surrounded by the grape vines and (very) warm breeze of fall.
